What warranty or service comes with my Dell monitor?

When purchased alone, all Dell monitors come with standard 3-year limited warranty with Advanced Exchange Service. If you purchase your monitor with a Dell system, it is covered under the system’s limited warranty.

Advanced Exchange Service

Replacement system or replacement part will be dispatched, if necessary, following phone-based troubleshooting, in advance of receipt of returned defective part or system. Replacement parts may be refurbished. Defective unit must be returned. Availability varies. Other conditions apply.

The limited warranty for monitors purchased independent of a system lasts for the time period indicated on your packing slip. Monitors purchased with a system are covered by the system limited warranty.
